Tom Charlton Photography is not currently VAT registered.

Making a Purchase. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse my Portfolio and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection follow the instructions and checkout where you will be asked for the details needed to complete your order.

I accept credit and debit card payments via Paypal.

I will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when I send you a confirmation e-mail.

Shipping and Handling. Shipping and handling costs will be detailed in the shopping cart once you are reading to check out. The advertised fees are for UK postage only. International Orders will be subject of additional fees that will be advised of in the confirmation e-mail sent on receipt of your order.

Delivery. I will deliver your order to you as soon as I can. I will normally send your order to you within five business days, please then allow for the Post Office's delivery time.

International orders are subject to the postal system in the purchaser's home country and will probably take slightly longer for which I am not responsible.

Tax Charges. I am not registered for VAT, therefore no VAT appears on my invoices.

Credit Card Security. PayPal operates the payment system on my website and is responsible for the security of it's own operational security. For details of security measures please see Paypal site.

Privacy Policy. Tom Charlton Photography will not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

A full refund will be provided if the image once delivered does not match your requirements provided the image is returned to me undamaged in the original packaging within 7 working days.

You have the right to cancel your order with no loss other than return postage and packing.
